MONDRAGON CITY CHALLENGE

The Mondragón City Challenge is back! The third International Cooperative Entrepreneurship Competition is looking once again this year to develop business management skills and the ability to validate a cooperative business model within a maximum period of eight months in secondary school, vocational training and university students from all over the world.

They will be organised into teams and divided into 2 categories and join forces to develop their own collaborative business project. For more information please read the terms and conditions of the competition.

The third edition of the Mondragón City Challenge kicks off!

If you are a daring, creative or enterprising person and you are between 16 and 24 years old... do not miss this opportunity! Take part in the third Mondragón City Challenge by following these simple steps:

  1. Put together a team of between 2 and 4 people
  2. Select the challenge that motivates you:
    • Technological and Digital: digitisation, cybersecurity, etc
    • Health and Social: health system, etc
    • Energy and Climate: sustainable and smart mobility, etc
  3. Tell us about your idea for a cooperative business project by registering on the website

Projects that reach the final will have the opportunity to defend their idea in front of a professional jury and compete for great prizes!

The winners of the third  Mondragón City Challenge will be decided on April 10, 2025 at the Amaia Theatre-Cinema in Mondragón.

The team with the most innovative project will be awarded the "Originality Award" from among all the teams that were not finalists at the discretion of the jury and will receive €800 in cash.
